This is to inform you that during the Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on Saturday, 15th November 2025, Resolution No. 1 “It is proposed that the incoming Executive Committee be authorized to review the cases of subscription-defaulter members, including suspension cases, individually and to take appropriate action as deemed necessary.” concerning the status of defaulters and suspended members was approved unanimously.The House authorized the PALPA Executive Committee to review and resolve these matters on case-to-case basis.
Subsequently, during the 1st Executive Committee Meeting held on 17th November 2025, the following decisions were endorsed:
- Active pilot members who are in default may regularize their membership by paying their current month’s subscription.
- The suspension of the active member shall be restored immediately on payment of current month’s subscription.
- The balance amount may be paid at the convenience of the individual or if he/she so desires, PALPA may suggest the payment schedule.
PALPA would like to emphasize that the strength, unity, and welfare of the Association rely on the responsibility and active participation of each individual member. Timely payment of subscriptions is not only a constitutional requirement but also vital for maintaining PALPA’s operational capacity and protecting the professional interests of all pilots.
