This is to inform all PALPA members that PIA Holding Company Limited (PIAHCL) has issuedNotification No. PIA-HCL/PENSION/2026/05 dated 18 June 2026 regarding the submission ofLife Certificates by eligible pensioners. (Copy attached)
According to the aforesaid notification, all eligible pensioners of PIACL who ceasedemployment on or before 30th September 2023 are required to undertake biometric verification twice each year, during the months of March and September, at the bankbranch where their pension account is maintained.
Members who have already completed the biometric verification and submitted therequisite Life Certificate issued by their respective banks are acknowledged as compliance and are not required to take any further action at this stage.
Members who have not yet completed the required biometric verification are requested to visit their respective bank branches and obtain/submit the following documents:
- Life Certificate / Verification Receipt issued by the respective bank branch, containing:
– Complete Bank Account Details
– IBAN Number - Copy of Valid Pension Card issued by PIACL.
- Copy of Valid CNIC.
The above documents may be forwarded directly to the Pension Department of PIAHCL through the following channels:

PALPA members are further informed that during the recent meeting held with CEO PIAHCL, it was agreed that a separate dedicated email address for pension-related matters would be established to facilitate pensioners and streamline correspondence. PALPA is actively pursuing the matter with PIAHCL and will notify the membership as soon as the dedicated email address is operational.
All members are advised to comply with the above requirements at the earliest to ensure continuity of pension payments and avoid any inconvenience.
