With reference to our previous message regarding the NADRA PK ID Life Proof Certificate, it is clarified that PIACL pensioners are not covered under the said procedure.
Therefore, the procedure adopted previously will continue to apply. Pensioners are required to obtain a Life Certificate from their respective bank branch, duly certified by the Bank Manager, and submit it twice a year on the following dates:
– 10th March & 10th September
The following documents are required:
1. Life Certificate / Verification Receipt issued by the respective bank branch, duly certified by the Bank Manager, containing:
– Complete Bank Account Details
– IBAN Number
2. Copy of PIA Card issued by PIACL.
3. Copy of valid CNIC.
The above documents may be forwarded directly to the Pension Department, PIAHCL, through either of the following channels:

Members are requested to follow the above procedure for the continuation/verification of their respective pensions.
