We as a community are braving the most challenging times in history of our existence, thereby making it of utmost importance to stand united. In these unprecedented circumstances, it is indeed need of the hour to trust the PALPA Executive Committee (EC) and back the collective wisdom.
PALPA has hired the best available legal team to fight the legal battle at all levels, to get justice for our members. The legal team is preparing our case and EC is continuously in touch with them. Some modalities are being kept to the concerned individuals only due some compulsions. We are sure that membership shall bear this move in the larger interest of our community.
It is further informed that PALPA EC shall seek justice for each and every member without any regard to the nature of the case. All members of PALPA deserve equal treatment and same shall be ensured at all cost. Any rumour in this regard is baseless and unfounded.
Our legal team is currently preparing response to the suspension order and we hope that all replies shall be ready soon. Once replies are finalized, concerned members shall be requested to personally collect the same. Please wait for our communiqué to do the needful.
Lastly, we assure our members of our commitment to stay steadfast for the justice and righteousness of our cause. We shall leave no stone unturned and no avenue untouched to get a fair trial and justice for our membership. We remain available 24/7 for any queries, assistance or clarification.
