This is to inform the membership that the decisions taken in the Annual General Body Meeting held on 23rd February 2019, are re-produced below.

AGENDA ITEM NO. 5.1.4.6.
To make any levy on the members of the Association or to alter the existing contribution and fees.
A resolution was passed at the AGM, which was held on 25th February 2017, as follows:-
“Instead of Rs. 500/- and Rs. 1,000/- per month for welfare fund, the deduction should be Rs. 700/- and Rs. 1,200/- per month respectively to assist in the education of children of deceased pilots upto two children @ Rs. 12,000/- per month, per child. The Executive Committee should have the authority to verify the deserving families”.
RESOLUTION:-
Proposed by Capt. Rizwan Gondal and seconded by Capt. Haqqi.
“Instead of Rs. 700/- and Rs. 1,200/- per month for welfare fund, the deduction should be Rs. 1,000/- and Rs. 1,500/- per month respectively to assist in the education of children of deceased pilots upto two children @ Rs. 12,000/- per month, per child. The Executive Committee should have the authority to verify the deserving families”.
After a lengthy discussion, the house unanimously approved the proposed resolution.

“To acquire land in Islamabad for PALPA House it is proposed that all PALPA members should donate PKR 5,000/- per month for a period of 12 months, in order to raise an amount equivalent to PKR 30 million”.
RESOLUTION:-
Proposed by FO Rabie Hassan and seconded by Capt. Haqqi.
“To acquire land in Islamabad or Rawalpindi for PALPA House, it is proposed that all PALPA members should donate One (01) hour flying allowance for a period of 12 months”.
After a lengthy discussion, the following resolution amended by the house.
“To acquire land in Islamabad/Rawalpindi/Fateh Jang for PALPA House, it is proposed that all PALPA members should donate PKR 5,000/- per month for a period of 12 months, in order to raise an amount equivalent to PKR 30 million”.
The House unanimously approved the above amended resolution.

Based on the above mentioned resolutions that were passed, for the next 12 months we will notice an additional amount of Rs. 5,000/- per month in our monthly contribution for acquiring Land in Islamabad/Rawalpindi/Fateh Jang for PALPA House.
Additionally, further revision of contribution for welfare will remain intact as per AGM resolutions.
