While we have always been loyal and selfless when performing our duties towards our Airline, it is needless to mention that to follow rules and procedures made for the most efficient and safest conduct of flight is of paramount value.
As you have previously been reminded of your individual duties towards establishing a positive safety culture, you are now also advised to strictly follow your published roster. Only the duties specifically mentioned in the published roster including standby duty, are to be performed as they are planned as per the ANO and OM-A.
It is needless to mention that any duty in violation of the guidelines documented by PCAA and PIA are deemed illegal and you are in no way obliged to perform those duties. Any individual performing duties in violation thereof will ultimately have to bear the consequences with the concerned authority, with no one but themselves to blame.
