This is to appraise the membership about various concerns regarding some salary issues. The Executive Committee is in complete engagement with the Directorate of Flight Operations to address these issues.
It is also observed that certain mischievous elements are spreading rumours which are baseless and there will be no deduction in the salary structure as such, any changes, if at all required, will be dealt accordingly and membership duly informed.
Please pay no heed to any such rumours; instead, it is suggested get in touch with your elected representatives in case of any ambiguity.
Since this is a new salary structure, some time is required to iron out the kinks.
Rest assured, the Executive Committee is fully cognizant with the ground realities.
